Some devices, like Sharp’s Air Purifier, don’t even offer that much cleaning power at nearly twice the price.

That said, if you love the aesthetic, the museum of torture flashy extras and the built-in tower fan — and you don’t mind the asking price — Dyson’s TP04 might be a justifiable splurge.
